Tyson Properties will be giving away 1 2022 Suzuki Swift MY 21.4 1.2L GA.
to a lucky winner across Gauteng and Kwa-Zulu Natal during the Win-a-car Competition (KZN and JHB).
Terms and Conditions:
1. The competition applies to transactions in KZN and JHB (not Western Cape).
2. The Competition is open to all legal residents of South Africa who are 18 Years of age or older and have a valid South African driver’s licence.
3. Tyson properties reserves the right to verify the information provided by every entrant, including their age.
4. The Competition will run from 01 October 2022 to 31 March 2023 at midnight.
5. Entrants may not enter on behalf of any other person.
6. Entrants will partake in this competition at their own risk.
7. Multiple entries permitted on condition entry criteria is met.
8. Each of the following transactions will automatically gain one entry into the competition:
o Sign a Sole Mandate (in good faith), during the competition period, for a minimum period of three months;
o Sell your property through any Tyson’s agent within the competition jurisdiction, during the competition period;
o Buy your property through any Tyson’s agent within the competition jurisdiction, during the competition period.
o Sign a lease for a residential or commercial property, as Landlord or Tenant (with a minimum lease period of 6 months) during the competition period.
9. All entrants will go into the Grand Draw and will stand a chance to win a 2022 Suzuki Swift MY 21.4 1.2L GA.
10. The Grand Draw will take place in April 2023 with the winner being announced on Social Media as well as via direct notification to the said winner.
11. Unless stated otherwise, any extra accessories are not included as part of the prize.
12. Prize may not be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services, nor is it transferrable.
13. The winner would need to allow reasonable time to complete the vehicle registration, licensing etc and would need to provide necessary documentation to do so.
14. Insurance of the 2022 Suzuki Swift MY 21.4 1.2L GA will be at the expense of the winner. Tyson Properties cannot be held accountable for any damage or theft.
15. The winner will use and accept the prize at their own risk and will become owner of the said prize at their own risk upon acceptance from, physical transfer to the winner by Tyson Properties.
16. By entering the competition, entrants agree to adhere to all competition rules and regulations of the particular competition, which include these rules which entrants must be familiar with prior to entering the competition.
17. In the event of a winner being disqualified in terms of these rules, a replacement winner will be selected.
